Help Me

I have just had some juice and am now feeling really bloated and sick. This happens to me quite a lot. It is after i drink anything even water.

What can i do?

Just out of curiosity, how much water / fluids do you drink on average in a day ?

Umm, water is making me sick at the moment so probably about a pump bottle of that and then usually a sports bottle (powerade) so about two bottles of water and two coffees. A few glases at night as well, that can be anything from water to coke

Maybe have frequent sips instead of drinking a lot at once??
