Well we went to the doctor and she has confirmed that yes we are pregnant. She's running me through some blood tests to make sure everything is ok and I'll be having a scan at 6 weeks as.
I presume all that is fairly normal.
A little part of me is a bit worried about something going wrong but I'm just mainting a positive attitude and looking foward to a smooth pregnancy!

Hey, congratulations That's awesomely fabulous news!! Yes, blood tests are normal, scan not routine I don't think, but certainly not uncommon - I had one at 9 weeks and it was awesome

Her main reason for the doing the scan is that I had a suspected miscarriage so she wants to be sure all is fine. It's all more than a little scary!

I would have said it's fairly routine, but it depends - I figure better safe than sorry !! And it's neat to see your insides, even if it is just a wee bubble YAY !! *does more dancing for joy* Oh, and yes, bloods are definitely routine for any pregnancy.
