Poor Kylah! Poor you guys too, you must be knackered!
Ear infections can take a while to show up apparently. When Ella was just 2 she was really sick for 3 days, high temps, vomiting, and screaming the house down. We went to 3 different doctors and starship over the 3 days and had all kinds of tests done, all of them checked her ears and said they were fine... Dr #4 on day 4 took one look and said they were the worst infections he'd ever seen.
I hope the medicine works quickly and that Kylah is much better soon!

yes they can take a few days to show themselves. we went through the same thing (as caramel) with jack when he was little. he'd get infection after infection. luckily, he hasn't had any for 12mths now
i hope those AB's kick in really soon kandice and you all get a good night's sleep tonight!!

Ear infections are a pain! We are onto our 2nd one, DD had a chest infection last month and was on antibiotics now on antibiotics for the EI and sore throat!!
My advice, let her sleep where she wants and give lots and lots of huggs! And plenty of fluids. She'll come right!
Big to you!!

My son went through a stage like that at about eight months as did a couple of other babies in my coffee group. Someone told me it was just a stage and to go with it so I did, keeping my son up for longer and/or sitting with him until he fell asleep - whatever worked for us without getting too stressed - it took about two and a half weeks to get him back to normal. So my advice is just go with it and do what keeps you sane and your child calm.

Thanks guys. Things are getting better. You can put her to bed now and she will go to sleep. No more screaming. She must have been in so much pain i feel horrible now. She slept all night last night but i couldnt sleep and now i feel like death warmed up. Hopefully everything will come right.
