How much (if any) have you lost all up so far? So far I have lost 9kgs

How long has it taken you to lose that much if any)? Far too long about 9 months

How much have you got to go (if any)? I still have 16kgs more to go

Who set your goal weight? I did have a goal weight set by WW, and I am going for a little bit more than that

Did/are you giving yourself rewards along the way? Yeah, little things like hair colours, and stuff like that. And I have brought me some new clothes along the way.

Why do you want to lose weight? So that my next pregnancy is a lot healthier

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight? A combo of things, eating the rights foods (most of the time), walking and a few exercise dvd's.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

No, I don't have the money to reward myself with "gifts" and I think that food rewards don't really work for me! As for new clothes when I reach my goal weight......they are all in a suitcase under the spare bed!!!

Why do you want to lose weight?
I'm not happy with the way my body is at the moment. I took the "eating for two" way too far!!! I would like to get back down the size I was before I had Cooper. And after a few attempts over the past 10 months, I feel as though I'm in the right head space now. oh, and I'm off to Rarotonga in 2 months!

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight?
I'm doing WW with a friend for support. I'm also enjoying going out walking every other day.

Start day was today, so I'll see how I go. I don't think so, maybe when I reach my goal.

Why do you want to lose weight?
This is the biggest I have ever been, and I hate it. If I could I'd go back to the weight I was when I fell pregnant with Nyah, it's achievable but it would take longer.

About 3kgs but more importantly for me about 25cm's all up off arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs

Me, although it was just to fit into all my clothes again. My wardrobe was getting smaller and smaller!!

Sick of having one pair of trousers that fitted me!

Changed my diet, was eatting way to much carbs. Have always eaten organiclly but grew up thinking crabs were the key to keeping weight down and they aren't for me

10kg to get to pre-pregnancy weight, and then possibly another 2-3 to get back to my ideal weight.

I thought about clothes when I reach the next size, but can't afford it so I'm going to get DH to give me a night off!

Why do you want to lose weight?
To fit back into my clothes and get my self-esteem back (plus all my friends lost weight while I was pg so now I'm the fat friend (never happened before)

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight?
I'm getting a cross-trainer and some TurboJam DVD's from my mum and friend this weekend.

How much have you got to go (if any)? about 3-4 to my inital goal weight. But I'd love to loose another 3kg on top of that

Who set your goal weight? I had a goal weight set by WW but it was far too tiny, I would never want to be the goal weight they set. So I've set my own.

Did/are you giving yourself rewards along the way? Not really, I'm not doing it for rewards, I'm doing it for my own self confidence and health.

Why do you want to lose weight? Self confidence, to fit my clothes again and hopefully less stress on my back with my next pregnancy

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight? A combo of things. I try and watch what I eat most of the time. Like not eat too much junk and watching my portions a bit. Most of mine has been through exercise though. Treadmill and exercise dvds (and not just pilates, more high intensity exercise)

How much have you got to go (if any)? ive put 11kgs on during this pregnancy and have about 3kgs to lose, im not in any hurry though!!

Who set your goal weight? i told myself i wanted to be able to say i was "60 something" kilos. so once i got to 69kgs i was happy (although i went on to lose another 13kgs after that

Did/are you giving yourself rewards along the way? yip, every tuesday id go down to the chemist and weigh myself, if id done well id go and buy myself a sausage roll from the bakery. it was a weekly thing for me.. if i hadnt lost anything id find a new exercise to do.

Why do you want to lose weight? i really cant remember what finally prompted me to do something about my post baby weight..possibly a end of year ball for uni?

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight? diet and exercise. i varied my exercise so i never got bored,

Did/are you giving yourself rewards along the way? I was going to, I had this big plan what I was going to do at every 2.5kgs, but it all happened quite quickly that I forgot about doing it etc! I am going to dig that list out RIGHT now and make a new reward for 15kgs.

Why do you want to lose weight? For my self esteem, so that I dont get massive when Im pregnant, so I feel better about myself and of course vanity reasons!

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight? Weight watchers and exercise exercise exercise, I make sure I do at least 45 minutes every day.

Nope not really.. Mainly cos i see what im doing as a lifestyle change and cant really reward that..

I have been watching what i eat and trying to be healthier in my food choices., This i find pretty easy as alot of the bad foods out there also affect my blood sugars so I tend to stay clear! What i find hard is the excersise portion
I also go to the gym, thought i havnt been solidly, for awhile, but am hoping to start gettting back into it without it affecting my blood sugars.

3 months - but I've been putting on muscle so really weight wise it's not a true reflection of my achievements.

If we are talking weight wise my goal is 65kg...I'll be happy in a size 10.

nope - better health and fitness and looking good is reward enough!

Why do you want to lose weight?
For my health and to get into the cops.

What are/were/will you doing to lose the weight?
Working with a personal trainer fornightly (hope to increase to once a week again soon - funds dependant!), weights workout - 4-5 time per week, cardio 4-5 times per week, swimming 1-2 times per week.

Nothing, I had lost 22kg before I got pregnant with Keziah and I put it all back on PLUS 2 kg during pregnancy

Yes, I will loose a certain amount and give myself treats... hair cuts, new clothes etc

Self confidence, New & SMALLER clothes, Being able to chase Keziah around when she starts to move more without being puffed (yes, I'm unfit)

Walking & Eating healthier
