And I know you're here ;) (oh and by larger I mean those size 20+ not the ones with a complex about feeling fat :P)

Okay, serious issue here.
Swimming.
Where the heck do I get swimwear that is NOT $109 for something which is only gonna last me for a couple of months? I HAVE to go swimming for my back pain, and the pool wont let me go in a tshirt and undies (which is fair enough) I've looked at like, 8 websites in NZ which do maternity swimwear - really nice stuff, but 90% of them go up to an XL and are over 100 bucks for the darned things! I mean COME ON! Its just not fair :(

Have you tried The Warehouse? I bought a size 22 from there for a costume I had to make DH and they were only $20! By the way the costume was a old school wrestling type costume, he's not a crossdresser or anything!

I've got a sz 22 from The Warehouse that I used to wear pre-preg but now I can't even get one boob into it lol. They go up to a 24 there I think.

I got mine from KMart, it's a 26 to give plenty of room for bubs to grow as we take the gremlins swimming every week.

Failing that, when I was preg with the gremlins and didn't fit anything I used to swim in a black bra, a black JK sz XL maternity singlet (these are awesome, I had 4 and wore them with everything) and a pair of boxers. Trust me, I was huuuuge and still managed.

I use ezibuy for pretty much all the clothes I can as I find they fit so much better and last longer. (I am a size 24 with huge boobs) I got my togs from there and they are the best I have ever had. They are a 2 piece, singlet and bottoms and I love them. I think I paid $60 but got my second pair for $20. Check out their website cause I think they will be on sale at the mo. www.ezibuy.co.nz

That's the prob I had when I was preg with the gremlins, my pre-preg swimsuit got too restrictive round my tummy and pelvis, the bottom half cut into my flabby tummy lol.
The singlet/boxers might seriously be a goer, they were so comfy.

Good luck in your search!

I got a 2 piece from ezibuy its great i got a sz20 boy shorts for my butt and a size 18 bikini top for my boobs, the two piece is great, shows off my cleavage - trick i learnt from 'how to look good naked' and distracts from my belly.
I got it at Xmas time for $50 was on sale.

I actually got some nice ones from Millers. I think they were around $30 and went up to around a size 26 from memory.

warehouse have mens rash vests up to 3xl - and i know you are NOT as big as my 6xl huubby who fits the 3xl rash vest!!! wear one of those (only about $20) over the top of a bikini - comfy and flattering. No pool can refuse a rash vest as it is swim wear!

lets just say i wore one over a bikini 9 months preggers to a VERY public beach and people complimented me!!! and I am NOT small....and was HUMUnGOUS at 9 months!

BTW bikini was from warehouse too on sale!!! they go up to a 20 plus!
