Topic: What are you doing today? Posted: 13 January 2008 at 7:55am |
I'm procrastinating at getting out of my dressing gown and actually having a shower etc hehe..
What are you doing today??
Once I get the motivation I'm going to do:
- my kickboxing workout
- do the 2nd coat of paint in the toilet (did the 1st coat yesterday)
- dismantle the couch in the spare room and put it in the garage
- move a bunch of crap outta the spare room to save me doing it in the week for the carpeter
- take my hyperactive mut for a walk
- actually send out my newsletter for my site which was on my to do list for friday
- perhaps do some sewing..
There's lots more I should do, but I'll be lucky to get through that list.
I hope others have more exciting days ahead than I.

I have to do some washing and tidy up the house but otherwise a lazy day lays ahead. We're going to go for a walk & coffee out up One Tree Hill and we'll probably have a BBQ for lunch as mum & dad are coming over.
And I'll spend time playing with Gina to my hearts content as I'm back at work from tomorrow

market, packing, and kite flying at the park i think. Last week at Gisborne I realised we need more family time with thye kids so we are trying to incorporate exercise into it. We got an AWESOME kite from the kite store in Gissy (originally had one from farmers - that lasted ONE session - I don't recommend).

Working until 3.00pm. I started with overtime at 3.30am so it'a long day for me...when I get home...play with Miss M dinner then bed. B is off to work to do OT tonight at his work.
Exciting day!
At least I'm getting some knitting done while I'm at work.

Make the babies room resemble what it should be rather than a 'junk room'.
Then go out and buy all the remaining bits that I need to buy.
Assemble all the hospital bag bits into a bag and have it ready.
(The desire for nana naps overrides anything mentioned above )

Well when I do eventually get motivated I am changing the computers in Miss 12's room. I have a power of tidying to do re: packing away baby stuff etc and getting ready for Miss 6 birthday tomorrow. I must send my niece her pressie too.
Mums is having the kids today so I am off to drop them off before I get started.
Very boring day here

I'm still in my pj's, so need to have a shower first
I have a load of washing to do
Need to change the sheets on all of the beds - (too hot to do that already)
DH has gone back to bed, as he got up to watch the soccer at some horrible hour this morning, Cooper is having a nap.
OH and the cricket's on again, so no doubt that will be ruling the roost at our house for awhile.

Yeah i'm not dressed yet either DH is at work so I'm meeting a friend for coffee and need to get a few bits while out as well. Then I need to strip my dogs cos they are maulting (sp?) everywhere and dying in the ridiculous heat. Gonna get Spencer some new books cos i am soooooo bored of reading him the ones we have. And then just some more cleaning, had a good attack on the house yesterday and now just have the bathroom to attack and some clothes to put away oh plus I have to hoover (sorry vacuum for you kiwis) the whole house again cos of the dog hair.....will be so glad when I have stripped them.

Glad to hear I am not the only one still in my PJs!! Its DHs last day of his holiday so have given him the choice of what to do today....so far he has been sitting at his computer looking at the wind meters to figure out if its worth going up to the beach for a fly (he kite surfs / kite buggies). Am hoping to go for a swim in the school pool (with friedns who have a key) later on today - it will be the first time we take Ollie to a pool, they have a great toddler end where you can just sit with it lapping over you!
