East Day Spa... SO LOVELY! Also, Urban Sanctuary is another fave of mine.

Cathy Davis is divine. They used to be on the Terrace but I saw them down on Wakefield Street - pretty much where Tory Street is. I had a half day spa there and was just totally and completely pampered and felt like royalty afterwards. It was great!!

I second East Day Spa...it is great. They have a really nice relaxing room you go to before and after your treatment...very relaxing. Have been to a few others but this East Day is best
