Has anyone received theres yet? I put ours in a bout a month ago. I rang up and the guy couldnt tell if they had received it or not - is this normal?

Did you get a end of year balance from your child care provider & supply that along with form?

They say it can take 6-8 weeks from what I read on the form before I sent mine last week.

Must get Alia's childcare place to send me something, I thought that they'd do it automatically.

I think the first time you apply it takes a while but subsequent times it's faster.

I think it's odd that he couldn't say that they'd recieved it, I thought that they would log their mail.

they've just sacked 250 of them, so i would imagine there is a back log now.
