On behalf of my SIL (a nurse):
Seeking pregnant women (due early July) or new mums, for breastfeeding DVD
A DVD about breastfeeding is being developed by the Ministry of Health (for more information, see the last Breastfeeding newsletter). The DVD, in which New Zealand mothers will talk about their experiences of breastfeeding, will be made available to every pregnant woman in their third trimester.
We are looking for pregnant women who are due to give birth in the first two weeks of July and mums with new babies, to feature in the DVD. They need to be from the Auckland area as filming is taking place in Auckland. Taking part in the DVD will be a fascinating experience, but will also require a time commitment – so we’re particularly looking for women with a real passion for breastfeeding and willingness to share their story.
If you're interested PM me your email address and I'll forward you the forms, or you could contact Amanda van Gorp or Caitlin McCarthy at GSL Network (04 384 1909) and fill in the forms over the phone.
