Yep that is pretty good. I am a great cow and can do 100ml off one side at that time of night.

That's pretty darn good, I'd say.
I get between 60mls and 125mls off each side at 9pm. (the more hydrated I am, the more I get)

I usually get between 60 and 160mL in the evening... but it really depends on my mood, how tired/stressed I am, how much I have had to drink, how warm it is in the lounge when I do it... but I'm told I have a hugely fast letdown and always seem to have excess milk. So I reckon 60mL is pretty good. It's often all I can get, anyway.
I usually get about double what I get at night, when I express in the morning. But it depends how often she was up feeding at night.

That's really good. Warmth (wheatbag wrapped in towel), picturing my daughters cry , lots of water, and protein with every meal certainly helped with the quantity and quality of my milk when i expressed.

It also depends how much you've been feeding. I could express 200+ml each side in the evening and 300ml+ each side in the mornings, but I wasn't feeding at all, just expressing.
