Topic: NZ Post doesnt like me Posted: 05 January 2009 at 9:23pm |
I did SS on 2 forums last year. I know that both presents got sent and I didn't receive either of them. They got sent to 2 different addresses too.
I am happy that I did get sent something by courier so I did receive something in the end.
Anyone else have issues with NZ Post this xmas or am I the only lucky one???

The trouble with SS is not being able to put a return address on it.
Is it cause you live in Camp? Does your mail come direct to you or to stores first?

I haven't had any issues except a box of cherries showing up a week late on the courier. It was a green sludgy cheery mess. Ick.
I put my return addy on my SS but didn't put my full name. Just the address to be safe. Becks you're in the housing area aren't you?

The other one was sent to a Palmy North address which really annoys me.

Gah!!!! I know I'm not supposed to say anything, but it was me... I sent one parcel and then I read that it still hadn't arrived, so I went out and bought another gift and sent that a few days before Xmas hoping it would at least arrive just after.... but obviously not *sigh*
I'm so sorry Becks. Bloody NZ Post (and it was a next day delivery bag too)

Wow, that's really odd that both have gone missing. Sure no one is whipping them out of your mail box becks? I've had that happen before.

NZ Post have screwed up with parcels for me so much that I started thinking very paranoid thoughts about some random angry ex-client now working in their sorting rooms and chucking my parcels away! It started 4 years ago, with several parcels that never made it, and has continued - seems ones I try sending to Wellington may or may not make it, and anything coming from Wellers to me is almost guaranteed not to make it. My best mate in Wellers and I refuse to post anything to each-other now, we just let it wait 'till someone can do it in person.
Oh yeah, and it's worth complaining when stuff gets lost. Makes them do their job - some of the times they'd had the parcel sitting in their Auckland depot (got mangled on their conveyor belt) and had just never bothered trying to find the owners. SLACK!!!
