Hi ladies

I am trying to remember the name of a book i haver ead this year. It goes something like this:

2 people a woman and her professor are in catacombes looking for christ. They end up on a treasure hunt for lack o f a better word the womens family has been hiding a secret for years, they end up in a library in swizterland for awhile. A few deaths happen along the way a cardinal, an american tourist, and a bus load of people. Its all to do with the crucifixation of christ.\

Nope not da vinci code its on a similar line to that though.

This book starts with them in the catacombes they find a tarbnancle and can't figure out what the signifaicnce of it is. Her family has been hiding the secret for centuries. The tourist dies at the bottom of a well. The bus is burnt to a crisp.

I found this on wikipedia:
The Amber Room by Steve Berry.
The story is about judge Rachel Cutler and her husband Paul, a divorced American couple caught up in a treasure hunt for the long-missing Amber Room. A couple competitive professional treasure hunters complicate matters. In their search through Germany to uncover the secrets behind its disappearance, they escape near-death in the tunnels running through the Harz Mountains, find themselves hanging off the edge of a tall church steeple, and discover a surprise in a hidden chamber of a Bohemian castle in the Czech Republic.

I almost bought this a couple of months ago but stopped myself as I had a big pile of books on the bedside table already - thanks for the memory jolt, will have to have a look for it tomorrow when I am in town .
