I used a box mix for Kylahs cake, then threw it out, now iv made a cake and want to use the icing that came in the box mix, but iv thrown the box out. Does anyone know how i make it? Its just a packet with 'powder' in it.

Cant remember what brand the cake mix was, but it was a red box..

I'm guessing it's the betty crocker one, i'm trying to look on google but i'm not having much luck finding the instructions sorry.

perhaps you could call the supermarket and ask them to tell you??

I'm not sure if this is correct or not but I have found a recipe on the following website:

betty crocker recipe

It may be that the icing packet is just icing sugar and this may help you out.
