normal flour will do - just mix it well with water. You'll need a bit more water to make it smooth.

So.... is this for dinner?

just plain flour works just fine but it kind of depends what your making?

If you just let it simmer for a while it should sort itself out.
My kids would hate me if I made them curry! you must have tought kids!

LMAO! My kids just luv curry, the hotter the better!!!! Alize has been having curry since he was 7mth old too. I just wont give him the extra hot stuff we eat.
