Do you still walk with a baby in the cold

I couldn't drive when I had Dominic so we walked everywhere in all sorts of weather. I invested in a pramsnug (babyfactory) and made sure he was dressed appropriately. If it was windy, wet or the the air was really cold then I put the storm cover over him. It should be fine as long as it is no below zero
