Its my boyfriends birthday on monday, and I'd booked a cruise around lyttelton harbour with a swim with dolphins for today (his mother is doing stuff with him on his b'day) so I rang up to confirm that my booking/payment had gone thru, and the bastards had given away our place!!!! I am so upset - he doesnt know what the matter is cuz it was supposed to be a suprise. Way to spoil it stupid tourist charter people.

Yea they got a complete mouth full of abuse from me lol.. poor people :P Its okay tho, sh*t happens.
They said I was supposed to phone yesterday to confirm, when in fact I was supposed to phone TODAY. retards.
