Wow Marlene, it's good to hear a natural twin birth story - most people I know that have had twins have had c-sects. Thank you for sharing!

I was so excited and i had convinced myself it wudn't hurt that much When i was actually in labour remember hoping the contractions wud continue cos i had had a lot of 'practice' cramps and i was scared it wud stop again. I do remember while having the gas thinking haha I'm having a baby and having a laugh about it

my newly pregnant friend said to me the other day 'I just cant imagine that labour hurts that much, I know it must be painful but I have a high pain tolerance and it cant be that bad' I just said to wait and see.

Hmmmm. I am trying to not think about it!!

I had my heart set on having a natural drug-free labour last time (nearly nearly signed a declaration) and got to 2cm dilated and thought I was DYING so was happy to have that big knitting needle to dull the pain! And I thought I had quite a high pain tolerance .

This time I am going to try a few things differently and will have a open mind!!!
