Does anybody breed these or know of anyone that does? we urgently need a 'mate' for our little girl and cant find any :( please help

just wondering if you have had your girls hips/elbows tested? i'm not sure what it's like for cocker spaniels, but i know alot of breeders won't let you use a stud dog if the female hasn't had any tests done.....
