Yes, that's the temperature at the moment. Probably because it snowed overnight! Not enough for Nat and Kiya to have a day off school, but it was still white outside. Might snow again yet...

I wanted to take some photos for you all, but the snow's pretty much melted all away. Next time, okay?

Oh I love the snow. Was the one thing I really loved about living in Waiouru - getting up in the morning and seeing all the snow. Must admit am a big kid lol. Me and my dog would go and run around like lunatics in the snow.

Love it

I love the snow too - my DH and I went down to Queenstown a few weeks ago and were disappointed we didn't get to see any snow :( - also won't get to go skiing this year - oh well always next year :)

It was 8 degrees here when I got back from dropping Maya at preschool this mornning (heard the temp on the radio on the way home).
Not sure what the temp is now, but I am holed up in my office with the heater on...

It's just under 8 degrees here now (7.8 if you have to know) but it's 29 degress inside because I lit the fire first thing this morning, and it's been going all day!

It is hailing for the third time since 1pm! I think we stand a fair chance of it snowing again tonight!

Right, time to get organised to pick up Kiya... and it's raining while hailing, which means I have to use the umbrella... which means Josiah's not going to be happy... Hopefully the weather lightens up a little so we can get to the car okay!

When it snowed in japan, all the kiwis and aussies ran outside while the Canadians grumped about the snow. It was so pretty...until about an hour later when all the cars ran through and turned the snow grey and slushy
