just a looking for sympathy post. anyone else get these in late pregnancy? haven't had one in a long time, wouldnt consider myself prone to them, but have occasionally had a real corker. started feeling this one about 5:30pm, have had panadol and a nice warm shower, and will have some rescue remedy shortly as well. not sure if it has really helped though. having strong BH on top of it all, and just generally feeling sh*tty ! i know there isn't anything else i can do really, except for have an early night and hope it buggers off.
ok, end of my rant now. i hate being such a moaner LOL honest ! pregnancy just isn't that bad, it's just that i think with the hormones and emotions running around you're just *that* much more sensitive to when your physical health is not quite 100%.
meh !

I was wondering why you weren't online!!! Heat pack/hot flannel (or when I am in certain moods COLD flannel) is real good across the forehead and over the temple area.
Also an early night (which you have done!!) and a good sleep do it for me!!
my mum used to get those and she used to be bedridden for a day or two. Nasty things they are. Well I hope you get a decent sleep and feel better tomorrow
