I don't feel bad I did think $10 for her was a bit much as she is small and can't go on half the rides and activities.
Whatever happened to children being half adults prices?!

I'm pretty certain I'll be claiming Paige as 11 for as long as I can, a 12 year old is not an adult.

I have a problem with it, the biggest thing for me is teaching a child that it's okay to lie. A child's not able to discern the right/wrong times for lying (if there are any wrong times). I would have preferred to pay the full price then argue the price in writing later - so that the child was completely out of "my" dispute with the company.

My niece didn't lie, I did by saying she was a pre-schooler
I figure if its the difference between being able to afford to do activities and not doing them what's wrong with it.

But then how do you teach a child to be honest if you are modelling lying?

I just can't bring myself to do it, though it certainly ahs crossed my mind. I am just a believer in what goes around, comes around and don't want the bad karma!

I couldn't do it, as Miss said "what goes around, comes around and don't want the bad karma"!
