He met one of the producers on a night out (if I recall correctly from the goodmorning show) .. they said how cool it would be to have a real doctor on the show and would he like to audition .. so he did (and obv got it).

the article said he realised he should carry his certification around as noone would believe in in hospital...i think he is getting out of the series so that how he has the time..he said his mum is happy as his sister is a doctor and has a job as one ..she wasnt happy he decided to be an actor instead:)

he is a doc here at starship according to the shorty st website. i havent yet come across him in all my travels around starship yet though. i have been on the look out-gotta do something while caroline is having her ops done and stuff.
