Taine was really little(6pounds 13) and I had a really hard time finding newborn nappies that didn't result in five changes of clothing throughout the night. I tried Treasures (giggles and ultra), Huggies, Baby love. Anyway, have recently found Softlove (available at baby factory) which have been fantastic!!!!! no leaks even! So for you ladies with babies with small butts, i recommend Softlove!

(bigger butts - i.e. Jake is doing really well with treasures ultra, which were on special at Woolworths)

I've just bought a packet of the Woolies Loving Touch ones coz I had a $2 off coupon, but I'm a bit nervous about them as Maya only wears a nappy at night but it is always soaked come morning. So am hoping (fingers XXXX) that they are reliable!

They were awesome. Maya and bed were both dry this morning, nappy was soaked, and none of the yucky gel stuff that seems to come out of the Huggies. I'd definitely buy them again.

Cheeky monkey is right! She scored a new pair of Pumpkin Patch jeans today that I can't afford because we were at St Lukes and I took her to the toilet and she weed on the floor about 20cm from the toilet. I was furious! And of course I had no dry pants, so had to go next door to Patch and $30 later....

Well it is the second time in a week...

So two new pairs of jeans, but I bough sz 4's, and I won't let her wear them now until winter so I guess it's just a head start on the winter wardrobe.

Emma, Kiya went through a stage when she was having stupid accidents (like inside the bathroom, by the door) too, at a similar age. Maybe its a age-related regression thing. <shrugs>

We reintroduced a set of rewards and punishments - she only got in trouble for times when she wet herself after telling us she needed to go/was taking herself to the toilet. After a couple of weeks Kiya stopped most of the accidents.

The first time I got really angry as she said she needed to go to the toilet, and I took her, and she put on a big song and dance about wanting to go into the toilet by herself and lock the door that she weed on the floor before she actually got to the toilet. i was angry then because if she hadn't spent so long arguing and fussing she would have been fine.

And yesterday she had been asleep in the car and I woke her up and I think she was really only half awake when she asked to go so she didn't have much control. Still pretty frustrating tho!
