I've been in good contact with my daycare for the past week about my boys fees. We found out 2 weeks ago that WINZ hasn't been paying Andrew childcare cubsidy since the beginning of October
. So as policy goes they had to send the bill to me but were fine about me not paying it straight away as we were both on WINZ about it. So everyday over the past 2 weeks I have been ringing WINZ to see if the review form has been found and what they are going to do about it.
So once again I ring WINZ and they still haven't found the review form
, but the people from the daycare had rung WINZ to see what they can do about getting the money. Turns out WINZ are going to backpay as the head teacher can vouch for me sending in the form as she filled it in and then gave it back to me and I went to WINZ that day with it.
So now instead of having a bill of over $3000
, I will only have a bill of about $300 and my boys won't lose their place (well hopefully as I still havne't been able to get hold of the accounts lady).
