Well had my weigh in and ...
I was a little dissappointed as I only lost .900gms
Almost a kilo.
Still good I guess condsidering I have been eating choc and to be honest I was eating a fair bit. I just cant stop at one chocolate. I forgot about the sugar points.... Oops. i will cut out the chocs now and see how I go next week.
Ive been naughty though and finished the left over chocolates up. (still within my daily points)
No more chocolate tomorrow.
