 Topic: Annoying ticker (among other things) !!

It's almost a day behind ! I love the one I've got, with the little blurb about bubs' development, but am wondering whether or not I should change it... *sigh*
Am also annoyed with something else that happened today, the only bad thing today really, but I'm feeling lazy so will cut and paste what I told a friend on MSN 
Just woke up from a nap, but I'm annoyed !! Someone called us at home, and we don't have a message machine... so it kept ringing, and ringing, and ringing, and ringing, and ringing... and I *finally* got up to answer it, waddled down the hall while it was STILL ringing, pick it up - AND THEY HUNG UP !!!
We don't have caller ID either, so I had to give up 
But otherwise, today has been GREAT !!  I think I'll do a photo / story post a bit later on tonight once we've had our dinner out tonight with my mum - we're going to East, mmm... Pad Thai *drools*

Well that's exactly what you get for not having an answering machine! I can't STAND it when I can't leave people messages! I've theatend in the past to buy a mate one for her b'day, she doesn't see the funny side LOL (but then she doesn't have a cellphone either! weirdo!!!) hehehehe

Well, I have a cellphone, and I was hoping that whoever was calling would ring that after... but no ! Anyway, off to dinner now...

We used to have an answerphone, not sure why it isn't still hooked up. And I wouldn't put my cellphone number on it simply because I would prefer not to have every joe bloggs and his dog ringing me on my "private" number 
When we move house I reckon we should get caller ID though...

i love caller ID. I also got 2 new house phones for my b day and they have programmable ringtones. So most people i know who is calling just by the ring.

Yep cause i brought it. Hee hee it from harvey norman its a uniden dect 1825 +1. Comes with 2 phones and usually $129 but i talked them down to 110. SO not too bad. How was dinner?

You can order them from Telecom too Jax, a few $$ more expensive, but then your DH wouldn't even know about it till you got the next phone bill...
