   i cant remember who but am sure someone asked about where to get longies...  anyway i found that babycuddles do them at not a bad price...

   Thanks Bizzy, that was me!  I've since started making my own thanks to a pattern recommended on here.  I'm actually enjoying making them, just have to knit faster so little one can get into them!!    Vic xx

   Ok, so I still am a litle unsure about these. The longies are pants, that also act as a waterproof cover? So Sophie could wear them over her pocket nap as an extra - ie at night?? Is that right. I'm all confussed. I had only ever seen the short version before. I am keen to try her at night as I have ended up putting her back in sposies at night. Maybe the shorties would be better, under her sleepsuit?    |

   They work as a combo between cover and pants, so yeah! I would use them instead of pants - if you want to use something underneath a sleepsuit I'd go with shorties/soaker.

   Greer wears longies over her pockets, just as an extra barrier as she sleeps on her side so tends to leak a bit overnight. She seems to be quite a hot baby so I just have her in her nap, longies and short sleeve top, then wrapped. She got way too hot with socks and jammies etc.
