Topic: Should I take her to the Dr? Posted: 21 May 2008 at 10:01pm |
Should I take Lily (7 months) to the gp tomorrow for a cough?
She just seems so little to have one, don't want to leave it too long and have a chest infection or d\something Do I worry a bout a 7 month old having a cough or is it normal?
aaargh have forgotten EVERYTHING about when Joey was a baby, LOL

Here's a tip: if she's coughing up so much that green crap is coming up as well then she probably has a chest infection.
Learned that one the hard way!

Took her in. She has bronchialitis so got given inhaler and mask. Should be ok, dr. just laughed when I said it was getting ridiculous how often we'd been in lately LOL, said to bring the kids in whenever I was worried, that's what he's there for

LOL Ana...My Doc told us the same thing.....But I would rather go and get my baby checked and not worry. So well done!!
Zaara hated the Inhaler at first (she had the same thing). I only had to use it for 3 days and she stopped coughing....and never had to use it since. So Lily will be better in no time!!
Hugs
