is there anyway that we can save our blog without posting it online until we have finished writing/editing it ready to be posted.

I don't think so, but you could always write it in Notepad then copy and paste it across. Or post it then come back later and edit it.

i still cant figure out how to view all the blogs available... it is a pain only getting "entries" and then finding out it is something i have seen already...

There is a "recent entries" list at the bottom on the Blogs home page that shows you the most recent entries. Otherwise you just select that category of blogs that you want to view ie. Mum and it shows you the blogs in that category.

But Emma, it shows you the latest entries - not the blog listing -  I would think it would be better to be able to get a list of all the blogs available and then click and read from there...
