Razzmatazz. I've been through this a few times now.
I know how hard it is.
Some of the things that have helped me get back on track:
Sleep - If I'm regularly getting too little sleep the panic and anxiety start creeping back in.
Too much sugar &/or caffeine - When I'm feeling run down and moody I often start drinking too much coke and coffee and pigging out on lollies etc to give me a boost. They actually contribute to the anxiety though.
Iron - When my iron is low I tend to slip back into the patterns of panic and anxiety.
Exercise - invaluable for getting all those good hormones released into the bloodstream and also helps you sleep better which is crucial for me.
Other things that have been really helpful in getting well again were counselling and hyperventilation therapy.
The hyperventilation therapy was really good because it taught me how to manage the anxiety attacks when they came on. I can definitely recommend it.
Counselling is actually what got me through the first breakdown I had with the anxiety disorder. I didn't have any specific issues that were causing the anxiety but talking through everything that was happening and the things that were setting my anxiety off helped me to work out ways of addressing and dealing with them. It helped me to get my confidence back and start living again.
I hope that some of this is helpful to you chick. There's plenty of us that have gone through it and are back to our normal selves again now. You will be too.
