Can anyone help me??

I know that it is still a while away till the cut off date to join secert santa. But as there are a heap of people that are in it is becoming a big job and I am about to start full time work soon so I want to get on top of it now while I can.

So I am wondering if there is anyone out there that I can send some of the details to (via email with a spreadsheet and word file - I am using XP so you need to be able to open my files) so they can transfer the details from the spreadsheet into the word document so when the matching is done it is already in the word file to PM the person back.

If you can, please PM now (I am around for the next 30 minutes then off the camp to sort out work stuff) with your email and I will send you some of the stuff to help me.

Thanks for all the offers, I was reminded to use mail merge (why I didn't remember that I don't know) and have managed to sort it all out).
