You all love me so much!!!

Lunges (a.k.a let's work that butt!): Stand with your feet hip wideth apart, toes pointing forwards. Take a large step forward with your left leg, bend your right leg to lower your knee to a 90deg angle to the floor, keeping your hips straight.
Start by doing 15 repetitions on each leg and gradually work up to 20.
Remember to always keep your front knee directly over the top of your ankle and keep your knees in line with your thighs (don't let them roll in or out).
To avoid straining your lower back, make sure you keep your stomach pulled in and your back straight.

Tricep kickbacks: Since we haven't worked those 'tuckshop lady arms' yet I thought we would give them a go (in the hopes it would give me some incentive to do some much needed toning in that area!) lol You will need a weight for this exercise, but if you don't have any you can use a full water bottle, can or anything else that is comfortable enough to hold.
To start, get down on all fours, hold one weight and start with a right angle at your elbow and the upper arm horizontal in line with your body. Extend your arm, lifting the weight up and back until your arm is straight, before returning to the start position. Be sure not to move your upper arm - think of the elbow as a stationary hinge.
As above, do 15 repetitions on each arm and when you are comfortable you can increase them to 20.
