Topic: Snoring? Posted: 31 October 2005 at 4:17pm |
Hey girls, quick question - any of you started snoring since getting pregnant? I've started honking away like my life depends on it, and I've absolutely no idea why! I've even been waking myself up! Any ideas what I can do to stop it??

Josh did mention to me in the beginning of the 2nd trimester I started snoring and he teased for for it as I sometimes woke him up. It never woke up though. All I can suggest is ear plugs!

Ha ha i did the same, and i also developed terrible terrible hayfever around 16 weeks, it says in preggy books that this is comman. Unfortunately, you can't take anything much, but ther is this awesome nasal spray you can take called otrivin. it also helps stop snoring by clearing your nasal passages. Good luck with that!

Yay!! I'm not a freak after all!! I've got hayfever as well which I've never had before. Jono has been cracking up at me as so many things have changed since I got pregnant! I'm normally a light sleeper but now I'm a deep sleeper (so darn tired!!), used to not make any noise, now I'm a honker from way back!!
