...it was the news I dreaded: the specialist doesn't think I have endo.
Maybe he's right, I don't know. But at one point during our (shock: 1 hr 15 mins) appointment it sounded like the only hope he had for me was to stay on the Pill, basically for ever. I almost broke down as I told him that I hadn't waited six months just to be told to stay on the Pill. First, it's hard to get pregnant on the Pill (LOL!); second, it doesn't fix anything and my cycles are getting worse each month; third, I don't like the mood mellowness that the Pill brings.
Where to from here? A couple of months trial on Voltaren (as required) and no Pill. At next ovulation (my main source of pain, hence why he doesn't believe it is endo) I am to go to the hospital for a scan - probably internal

- he believes I might have big cysts at Ov time which are the cause. Third, to go back to my GP for testing for Coeliac disease (the testing for which is probably just as awful!). My aunt has it and most of the family in her generation believe they might be gluten intolerant but can't be bothered going to the doctor to check - helpful for me!! It may be that I have both and they are aggrevating each other.
If I'm not pg in another month or two, it's up to me to go back to my GP and get another round of Voltaren or Pill, whichever I prefer.
And that's about it. We have a plan, but I'm not entirely convinced it's going to work
