Paul Macpherson is my urogynae and he is awesome, bugger that he is so booked up! There are a couple of others in practise with him at Auckland Urogynaecology, I don't know much about them tho. Otherwise, Dr Anil Sharma who is our OHbaby! OB also does urogynae stuff, he's at Birthright (www.birthright.co.nz) and he's really lovely.

Thanks Emma, I might just have to suck it up and wait to see Paul. His secretary has put me on his cancellation list which is good, but am not holding out much hope.
Good to know that he is awesome though! Am really nervous about going to see him...but figure I wont worry about it until closer to the time!

Don't worry Sam, I was freaked out about going too but I've been seeing him since '05 and he's done two lots of surgery on my bladder (sorry TMI!) and he is great at putting you at ease. Really calm and collected.
Susie - they specialise in the urinary system (bladders etc.)

Anil removed my endo earlier this year. He came very highly recommended by quite a few of the ladies on here and rightly so, was absolutely fantastic

Thanks Emma - my GP thinks he is fantastic, so am happy to wait! I am hoping to avoid surgery....but will just have to wait and see what he thinks.
