Yep! Life ins was originally a condition of our mortgage but it makes good sense. Wills we got done (hard as they are to do - we got stuck on the guardians bit!) because we don't trust our folks not to fight it out

I can't understand why people with debt and kids don't have life insurance! If I was to die I would hate that Dh would have to find the money to pay for my funeral - and still have to support a family - and visa versa.

I know sometimes it a case of not affording it but a $10000 cover just for funeral doesn't cost that much (now thats the banker in me talking )

We have Life insurance (both me and Dh) Medical insurance (thru work) Wills (must admit was slow to set one of these up and only did it last year)
