Thats me!! LOL Last night I made a huge batch of tomato and basil sauce (both from my garden) and froze portions. And tonight I spent a few hours bottling peaches ( bought a 20kg case of them)!!
Man I feel old!

He he, thanks We had some peaches for breakfast and they were much yummier than bought ones.
Takes a little bit of time and effort, but it is so rewarding. I love walking down the fruit and vege aisle and hardly having to buy anything!

we did the same. Heaps of tomato sauce, bottle peaches, apricot jam and I still have pears to puree and more peaches.
We were given massive boxes of fruit from DH's boss as they werent going to get through it!
