What a night

This is the first time Rhiannon has been sick, when i got home from my hot chocolate date last night...i found rhiannon in her cot covered in spew...had to completely change her and the bedding, then 5 mins later she threw up all over me and the couch and her self...got us all cleaned up...she wouldnt take any water...she threw up the pamol, finally settled to sleep at 11pm last night

I was up every hour checking on her.. (her temp was 36)
This morning she seems a bit better...colour back on her cheeks, but when i gave her, her bottle she threw it all up, after she had drank it all.

I changed her forumla 2 days ago from nutra starter GOLD to nurta starter NORMAL, i wonder if this is the cause, or if its because when i had the antenatal meeting 2 days ago, one of the girls turned up with her sick baby and they both had a mild case of a stomach bug.

Thankfully i am already seeing the doctors nurse today to get a b12jab so will get her to check Rhiannon out as well. At least this morning she is smiling.

I knew something was up yesterday when she had 3 sleeps of 3 hours each and was a little bit grizzly.

My poor baby

P.S just have to say, my husband is useless around a sick kid

Hmmmmm, sounds more likely that it was the girl, her baby and the stomach bug to blame rather than the formula, well that would be my guess anyway. Grrrrr sick people spreading germs!

I hope your little one feels better soon and you can both get some rest!

I'm sorry, sick kids are no fun.. we've had our share of tummy bugs here..
36 degrees is okay though, 37 is normal.. anything higher than that is considered a temperature. hope she feels better soon!

She seems happy enough now that she has thrown up, but she is asleep at the moment, but i do have to wake her to take her with me to the doctors, and i will be making him look at her...

and i am the same i feel its more the stomach bug than the forumla, i have to admit i did ring this person last night and have a go at them.

I am just hoping i dont get it, as if i am pregnant then it wont be a good thing....going to spend the day at mums so i can get some sleep and Rhiannon is good with mum even when she isnt feeling the best.

I wouldn't blame you for having a go at that person...I think I'd do the same!

well rhiannon as a stomach bug, but the doc has given me some meds if i need to give it too her, but she kept down 1/2 tin of pears and 100mls of formula, and she is looking lots better.

Yes clare, i did have a csection and i wasnt told anything about waiting a year...but i healed really quickly and i had no problems what so ever so if i am pregnant heres hoping its all okay
