I love series like these - and I especially liked her glamour shot at the end, the one on the bed with the roses, didn't she look fab!

I always enjoy that program. But I especially liked last nights one, plus the one last week. She did really well with her weight loss! I remember the doco with her and Miranda...and it was sad to hear she had sinced passed away.
Oh, and my 14yr old daughter wants to make the fish cakes they made! I was surprised as I didn't think she'd like that sort of thing!

I have enjoyed watching this progamme, well the small amounts I get to watch whilest sorting out DS.
I think they have done so well! I find it annoying when they don't put in the effort, they have this great opportunity and give up after like 6 weeks....although hasn't been anyone like that for a few weeks.

Yeah was an awesome show last night, the husband cracks me up!!, and what a change in only 8 weeks!!, thought the wife was going to fall off the wagon there but she pulled through it. It puzzles me how people can eat so much take aways though!. Love those shows though, definitely gives me inspiration for my weight loss journey!

I thought it was pretty cool too, and I guess it showed how much easier it can be to stick to your goals when a family/couple does it together. Those fish cakes did look nice! Eva the takeaways thing always boggles me too, I can't even imagine the cost of that there is just no way we could afford that.

I actually saw the wife at the supermarket last night, and was stoked for her to see that she obviously has kept downsizing, and looked like she was likely at her goal weight. Plus her trolley was really healthy with lots of good food! Not that I stalked ... I was just curious
