Lu and James. Hope you are both feeling a bit better now. It sounds very scary, you did really well. I know its not much consolation, but heaps of babies have febrile convulsions for no reason - I did when I was little

OMG Lu, you are so good to have stayed calm and rang 111. I dopn't know if I would've had the ability! And aimee is right - lots of babies have convulsions due to high temp and recover with no ill affects. not that it is very nice, but I'm sure he'll be fine!

Poor you, and poor wee James! I would have been beside myself too, I'm glad he's ok now. Hope you both get a good rest tonight.

OMG Lu, how scary! When Maya was in the emergency dept a couple of years ago there was a baby there who was having febrile seizures (from temperature) and it was so scary to see even just as an onlooker.
I hope lil James is recovering nicely now, and that your heart has just about recovered from the shock!
