i'm not sure what to do, can you give me your ideas.
I brought something off trade me...i pd on the 18th using direct debit and by the 27th i hadnt seen it so i emailed if they could advise when they posted... i received a reply on 31st saying they posted it over the weekend - and apologising for the delay in replying (not the delay in posting tho). the goods finally arrived yesterday the 4th.
now my question is when i give feedback would it be unreasonable to give a blue face or should i give a smiley but say it took a long time coming????
I am with Nikki, I would give a smiley and mention how long it took. The problem wiht trade me is if you give a blue one, some people will reteliate and give you one when it is not deserved
I'd give a smiley but write something about being unhappy about the amount of time it took in the feedback. People only tend to care about their smiley situation rather than what is actually said.
I've only ever given the blue face when the product was misrepresented in the ad. That said, I think they deserved a red face and I was being a chicken!!
