I am sure life is dealing me a raw deal, i got through my pregnancy great, no cravings, and i didnt put on too much weight, but now im breast feeding i just cant get enough sugary foods. i dont normally have a sweet tooth at all, but the other day i needed something sweet so bad i ended up eating lumps of brown sugar since we had no candy, as i am writing this i am downing a can of coke and a candy cane, i am sure i am going to look 9 months pregnant again if i keep this up, but i really cant help it, now i know what a craving is really like.

Are you keeping up a good food intake now that you are no longer pregnant? With bfing the baby "takes" as much as before and it may be that your body is hanging out for a bit more energy. Try following every sugary snack with something more sustaining - e.g. a piece of toast - and see if that helps.
(nb I lose baby fat very very fast when I'm bfing, how is your weight?)

I don't have scales so don't know what i am weighing at the moment, I am eating heaps of really good food as well, constantly, I have a great diet its just in between meals, I always try something healthy first, a piece of fruit, followed by something sugary, its not that i am hungry, just love the sugar.

I'm the same at the moment thunderwolves, although luckily I haven't put on any weight from it.. I just find that I love chocolate so much at the moment I can't get enough of it. I guess if I wasn't breastfeeding I'd probably be huge by now!

I'm not sure how old your littlie is thunderwolves? I guess if s/he's under 6mos and you're still bfing a lot it will be nothing to worry about and it'll just pass once her feeding slows down. Otherwise..... pass?!

I am the same! I try and eat really healthily but I desperately crave something chocolate each day at the moment. I am still losing weight slowly after the birth so hopefully the breast feeding is using up the extra calories.
