We had a beach day for Brookes 10th bday party (she turns 10 - double figures on the 18th) We put our BBq on the trailer and set off for the Beach. she invited 5 friends and so i took all the kids in our pajero.. i tell ya what made me smile on the way up was 6x 9 year olds singing 'your the voice' by Johnny Farnaham at the top of thier voices.. now thats classic . Anyway the sky was blue, the company fantastic (family and friends) the food was great Kiwi classic bbq and best of all I didn't have a mess to tidy up nor kids to entertain as there was a beach for that.

I would reckonmend it to all and i plan to do it again (probably next summer) just relaxing cool day out

So let us know YOUR wonderful day today

Yay for good ole Johnny Farnham! Brings back memories!

I lazed around the house, did some cleaning, then spent a couple of hours with Deb and baby girl at the hospital (and Toni, Amy and Fiona).

Glad Ella enjoyed it on the boat! OT- but what brand/type of lifejacket have u got for her? We want to get one for Isla, but dont have a clue whats best? I liek the idea of the ones u put on like girls togs, rather than the adult style, but dont know if they are actually better ot not.

LOL Bombshell boating and bbq sounds great

Can't take the credit for Bday party idea it was all Brookes (although i suggested the BBq istead of Mcd's)
