OMG I am sooooo angry at Orcon!! I dont want anyone else to have problems with them they piss me off!! Never use them!!! Its a long story but they are thick and the people that work there all say different stories!! God they are dumb!!!
grrrr I am soooo angry! They are just so thick!! They need to train their people who work there to do there job properly!! I have a young baby and cannot afford to pay 2 friggen ISP's! I've had to ring them about 7 times if not more! They mucked up our direct debit form, then had to send us another, then we got emails saying we had'nt paid and were going to get restricted on our internet, so my mate rang them and paid the bill via her credit card, then the next week they restricted our internet cos they said they did'nt receive the payment, by then i'd had a guts full and changed to Xtra because then you know it gets paid with the phone bill, my husband rang up to disconnect with them and you'd think that would be then END!!!
Got that wrong, then they charge us $47.09, I ring them to tell them we were'nt even with them a month and had nothing but problems with them, then they say we will get our money back, that was last week, so i ring today and got told we wont be getting our money back, and in fact would be charged $24.95 for 2 months for quitting with them before 3 months!! That made me fume! Then I went mad on the phone to him and told him about all our problems with them and then he says they might be able to do a curtisy(cant spell it) refund considering all our problems, but id also told him how we had canceled with them a-g-e-s ago but he kept saying how now the direct debit was set up properly there would'nt be any problems!! HELLO we did'nt want them anymore!! How many times did i have to say that!! Too many cos then he asked if i still used used there email I was like HELLO we have Xtra now Ive already told you more than once!! My husband had rang up and canceled with them, I said to him are we actually canceled or not! And he said no, they cant cancel us til the 23rd cos thats when the payments come out everymonth!! OMG what kind of place is this!!! Grrrrr need I not go anymore further to hopefully put you off. Waste of my friggen time and money that I could've spent on my baby!!
