Can anyone tell me if it is safe to take nurofen while you are breastfeeding?

nurofen is okay but not nurofen Plus.

I just stuck to panadol because thats what the doc said i could take while i was pregnant if i needed too...but i tried not to take any medication and im still trying not too....not sure on nurofen
