i think this has been asked before........but does anyone know if you can apply for the card on the day of a cardholders sale, and get the discount if it's approved that same day?

both my nana and my sister have cards that i usually ues, but my sisters' is full and my nana is in hospital. i've been saying for a while that i should really get my own

I did with no problems, but since then I've seen people post that they had difficulty doing this. Maybe ring the store you're going to and check?

Hi I applied for mine on the day and could pay with cash for that day but my friend who went shopping later on the same day wasn't allowed to.
I think they have a cut off time maybe 4pm because I got there at 3.30 and she arrived just before 5pm

Yes you can - and the application on the night is much smaller (like a quarter of the size!) and easier to fill in

Yep just make sure you have a credit card and drivers license on you and then it only takes about a minute otherwise you have full out the long one just because it's more specific on your finances.
