Ok this may seem a little odd, but I really wanted to acknowlwdge today as a special day today would have been Jen's (MIL) 50th Birthday. She was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother and would have loved little michael so much so we are all a little sad today.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JENNY WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU LOT'S.

Aww Deb, I know how you feel - my Nana died while I was pregnant with my first son (11 years ago) and she was the greatest! She would have adored her great-grandsons. Every time her birthday rolls around (2 Nov) I do something to celebrate and acknowledge it. When Grandpa sold the house, we took cuttings from her favourite rose bushes and planted them. Every year on her birthday and the anniversary of the day she died (21 June) the rose has been in bloom. I don't drink alcohol, but on the times when I haven't been pregnant for her birthday I've had a glass of scotch and ginger ale (her favourite drink) to toast her with one of her roses in a vase on the table. Remembering and acknowledging is important!
I hope you all have a special day and do something to celebrate her.
