Hi all,

We are going to take Olivier on his first overseas trip next month to Brisbane and I was wondering if anyone could please recommend a good light weight stroller to take? We want something that is light and cheap. I have had a look on Trade Me for something second hand but there is not really much available. Any recommendations must appreciated

I got a $40 Warehouse cheapie for using at the airport with Maya. We took the big buggy as checked luggage and used the stroller for getting to the gate etc.

If you are looking for something to get a bit more use out of, I have a twin Childcare Rover which folds like an umbrella but also lies back flat and I use it for shopping etc as it is light and fits in the car. I know the Baby Factory have the single version of the same stroller on sale this week, I *think* it's $99 (or $129?), can't remember but it's in their online catalogue.

We have one called the Safety First Quicksmart- I think they sell it at babyfactory and possibly Kmart? Its great because its light and folds up into a back pack- we found it great for when we flew over here. Its a bit of a mission to fold up/down but once you get the hang of it its fine.

We're looking at strollers at the moment and after all the shopping around we've been doing we're thinking of getting this one also...it's more pricey granted but it also seems to be the best option we've seen.
