Anyone got any natural remidies for a head cold please??

I'm going out this weekend and I so don't want this headcold then.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Homemade lemsip - basically squeeze some lemons, mix in honey and hot water / lemonade. I normally do that and make a menthol inhalation (eucalyptus oil in boiling water - towel over head and inhale steam).

Good Luck - hope you feel better soon!

also cinnamon and ginger are good for a cold, loads of citrus.
And a eucalyptus inhalation like Sim Sam said.

Steam inhalation... boiling water in a bowl, head over the bowl, towel over your head and just breathe. You can also add eucalyptus to the water

Believe me I would be in bed if I wasn't waiting for my friend to come around and pick some stuff up.

I was going to suggest rest too but looks like you're onto it.
I buy lemsip but the recipe above seems good too.
Hope you get rid it of soon

My best mate at work puts Garlic into her hot lemon drink and she swears by it. She's really into natural remedies as she it allergic to heaps of stuff. And Echinacea is another favorite of hers too.
