Does anyone know the actual confirmed amount of extra points you are allowed if you're doing weightwatchers and are still breastfeeding? I can't find any info in my WW at home kit and there are varying answers when I do an internet search The search on the WW website just shows a link to their message board where someone suggested it is 7 points but I'm sure that's too much!!

Nope that is right 7 extra when BF.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

1. If you are breastfeeding female - 14 points, add
2. 5 points if you are aged 18-20, or
4 points if you are aged 21-35, or
3 points if you are aged 36-50, add
3. if your current weight is two digits, add 8 points, or
if your current weight is three digits, add 10 points,    and
4. if you are under 160cm tall add 1 point, or
if you are 160cm or above add 2 points, and
5. if you sit down most of the day add 0 points, or
if you are occasionally sitting but mainly standing     add 2 points, or
if you are occasionally standing but mainly walking add 4 points, or
if you are doing physically hard work most of the time add 6 points

If your total is more than 33, adjust your score so that your total points value is 33.

ETA: Yep - it is an extra seven. Didn't read your first post properly but had already typed all of that up and didn't want to waste it

Wowzers that's a bit of a confusing way to work it out haha

My points allowed under normal circumstances is 22, so let me get this straight, I can now have 29 points every day since I'm bfing?! Seems like heaps but I'll take it!! How many points is cream doughnut again?

I don't really think there will be any breastfeeding males out there. Although, to be fair, I have been known to be wrong before...
